Rapid response

vehicles (RRVs)

Here at VTS Event Medical Services, we use Rapid Response Vehicles (RRVs) to reach patients as quickly as possible. They enable us to cross challenging terrain and are equipped with the necessary tech to ensure even a worse can scenario can be controlled and managed by our medical team. Depending on your event, we utilise a variety of different vehicles that are staffed by our qualified paramedics who can be on the scene within seconds. In some scenarios, our RRVs will be sent before an ambulance due to the speedy response time, allowing us to maximise patient recovery.

The benefits of rapid response vehciles (RRVs)

Firstly, rapid response vehicles (RRVs) are mobilised and strategically positioned to respond to immediate medical requests that require urgent attention. So much so that our average response time at events is less than five minutes. Due to this speedy response time, we’re able to attend to patients 2x quicker than other event medical services organisations. Secondly, RRVs are packed full of tech that ensures we can accommodate a patient on the scene, right away. Within our rapid response vehicles, you will find advanced paramedic equipment like first aid kits, defibrillation devices,  oxygen, spinal boards, patient monitors and a load more advanced tech that aids patient stabilisation.
